Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders
Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
A restocking fee may apply on ordered-in goods or items specially sourced for you.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase. We’ll work with you to arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned once purchased (e.g., gas cylinders, consumables, custom-ordered parts). Ask us if you are unsure.
